The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for managing all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and compliance.

🧍 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

  • Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and support team leads in setting goals.

  • Track employee performance, attendance, and training requirements.

  • Recommend performance improvement or recognition plans.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement activities.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

  • Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate payroll processing.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

  • Stay updated with labor laws and HR regulations.

  • Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs.

  • Work with department heads to plan team development activities.

🧩 HR Administration

  • Maintain HRMIS / employee database.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

  • Implement HR policies and ensure consistent enforcement.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (1–5 years) in HR generalist or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office / HRMS tools.
